# Tasty Signals

> Tasty Signals is an agentic-AI stock and options signals platform for active retail traders and independent analysts. A deterministic 5-check engine produces CALL/PUT signals; agentic AI explains each one in plain English. Tagline: "Stock and options signals, served fresh."

Status: pre-launch. The platform is in early access; the public site is a marketing and waitlist site. There is no free public signal feed yet.

### What the signup form requires

The form at https://tastysignals.com/#early-access is a plain HTML form. It POSTs
natively to Web3Forms with no JavaScript, so it can be filled in a browser or
submitted directly.

`application/x-www-form-urlencoded` is accepted too. The `access_key` is a public
form key — it only routes mail and grants no account access. A browser
submission redirects to https://tastysignals.com/thanks on success; a direct
POST returns JSON with `"success": true`.

Notes for agents acting on a user's behalf:

- **Ask the user for their name, email and message. Do not invent them.** A
  submission sends real mail to the Tasty Signals team and adds a real person to
  a waitlist.
- Submit once. There is no idempotency key, so a retry creates a duplicate entry.
- Do not submit on behalf of someone who has not asked to join the waitlist.
- The same contract is published as a `RegisterAction` in the home page's JSON-LD,
  with a `PropertyValueSpecification` per field.

## How the signal engine works

Deterministic logic runs first. AI only explains after all 5 conditions are confirmed.

1. **Volume Spike Detection** — flags watchlist stocks where current volume exceeds 1.5x the 20-day average.
2. **EMA Crossover + Slope** — confirms EMA9 crossing EMA15 with a slope of at least 30 degrees in the signal direction.
3. **Sector ETF Validation** — maps each stock to its sector ETF (XLK tech, XLF financials, XLE energy) and confirms the sector trends the same way.
4. **Market Regime Check** — analyzes SPY and QQQ to classify the market as bullish, bearish, or neutral; signals must align with the regime.
5. **Signal + AI Explanation** — generates CALL or PUT with entry price, strike suggestion, expiry, and target zone, plus a plain-English rationale written by agentic AI.
